Following two hugely popular webinars in 2022 and 2023, Dr Gai Lindsay is back to share more practical approaches and creative ideas for incorporating the visual arts in early childhood education. This webinar will focus in on gelli plate printing, a relatively new form of art-making that enables the creation of textures and layers of colour. Gai will take you through the processes involved in gelli plate printing, sharing with you the rich artistic opportunities it offers.

Dr Gai Lindsay is a senior lecturer at the University of Wollongong in Australia. Previously an early childhood teacher, Gai now researches how educator’s visual arts self-efficacy, beliefs and pedagogical content knowledge influences visual arts pedagogy in early childhood contexts.
