Next steps to complete enrolment

You will receive a confirmation email, along with a receipt/payment information. If you elected to pay by direct bank transfer, please pay within seven days of order, quoting the reference number on your invoice, or it may affect access to the content being purchased.

Your 12-month webinar subscription is valid for 12 months from purchase, and your next steps are outlined below, depending on your enrolment type.

OTHER PEOPLE

Go to the Registrations section of your Account page to invite other people to join your group with a sign-up URL
  • If you enrolled yourself as part of the group, you DO NOT need to use the sign-up URL. When the webinar course is active it will show in the Webinars section of your Account page
  • If you have a large group (26+), please contact our support team for instructions on how to enrol them.
Please note, other people will not have access to the webinar course(s) until you have shared the link and they have joined the group, but your 12-month subscription starts from the date of purchase. Additionally, each participant must join with a separate email address (participants cannot share email addresses). They can then take the webinar course in their own time within the annual subscription period from their own devices.
