We have so many ways we communicate and share interact with our families, we use story park, we have a family aspirations wall and whanau wall. we have a book in our baby room that we write to the parents and tell them about their babies day and the families write back and share their feedback. we talk to the families in the mornings at drop off and pickups. the parents and families get to see how their child is developing and growing at the center and are involved the families feel comfortable with our team and we talk more than just about the child we also have an open-door policy in our room and families feel welcomed and heard and creates a sense of belonging.
